With an audience of more than 150 business leaders, lawmakers, and educators, the conversation highlighted how university research, discovery, and talent development strengthen the economy, driving innovation and opportunity across the state and the nation.
Speaking on collaboration, Benson reflected on the importance of partnership and the University’s willingness to work across sectors and regions.
“Even though we’re the biggest institution, we’re not too big for our britches … we are willing to partner with everybody who is willing to partner with us.”
